I will check the switch with a meter tonight. Honestly it didn't work and the one terminal looked black and melted so I replaced it without too much investigation. I took off work to work on my M37 and then the air compressor wouldn't work for the plasma cutter so I was a little PO'd at the time. I only replaced the contact overload portion of the switch and reused the mechanical portion. When I put the new contact piece on it did not work at first. I had to figure out how the switch worked and then reassable a small lever setup and then reinstall the contact assembly. I kind of wonder if the lever assembly had come apart and that was the problem all along. That said I kind of wonder if by using a starter if I could then use cheap low current pressure switches that cost around $20 instead of the one I have which was $50 for just the contactor. Also I can buy the low current one locally I had to order the replacement.

I will definately replace the spade connector when the weather warms.

Thanks for the advice.
