Out here we have a batch of f550 ambulances, and they spend more than half their life in the shop. To be fair, some of it is the air-ride, but most is dead turbos and transmissions. Next batch is supposedly going back to gas, because of the cost associated with these diesels and the special fluid you have to put in a separate tank now.
