hello everybody!!
my name is thomas, from sweden - gotland
hope u can read this because english isnt my major language.
maybe my dodge is to new for this site but ill give it a shot anyway.
i own a dodge w300 -78, its an old swedish firetruck.dana 80/90 rear,hydraulic pump,warn winch,and so on. the engine is a 440 with 727 .
now comes the problem.
im going to toss the 440 out and put in a diesel instead. probably an chevy 6.2 diesel engine. but i want my 727 left.
anyone outthere that have done this before??? how do i connect the engine and the tranny?? and how do i solve the starter problem??? need also a new flex plate that fits both sides??? can i buy a "kit" anywhere?? have asked around al over sweden but noone knows.
