You might want to head up the road to Hemingford and talk to Charles at the Silverline junkyard, he has a few junked M37's out back with springs and brackets, etc.on them(I'm assuming it's the same frame). By the way I just may drop by some evening during some week and check this rig out(I'll warn ya first)--nice pictures with Big Mac in the background.
