Relay operation is pretty universal. You could probably just use a basic 12VDC 30A relay. Use the power from the headlight switch to turn the relay on and off. Run the lights through the normally open contact of the relay. None of the relays I've ever bought came with instructions. A good parts store should be able to help identify which terminal is which. You could also try using a driving light installation kit that has a relay in it. The operation is basically the same and those kits usually come with good instructions.
