If you have access to a press the I would take it out and bend it strait. If not you can use a jack or anything that works to straiten it. Might be able to knock it strait with a 5 pound hammer or so with it laying on the concrete, havent tried that one. It wont be as strong now so it would be best to brace it with either some heavy angle iron or if you can find some heavy tubing to slip over it. If its angle iron just run some 1" beads every few inches or so. Dont get it to hot. If you can find some tubing, drill a few hole in the tubing and slide it over and tac weld the holes. Will work fine like that.
