1956 C3 Question

The space between the side of my PTO housing and the brake pedal mount that bolts to the frame is about 1/16 of an inch. Can someone take a look at theirs to see if it's wider. My truck has had some frame work done on it, and I would like to know if this seems to be standard or if I have more work to do. Thanks
