Don't know if you want one that's historically correct or for general use but if for the latter, let me share that my dad used to work for a South Texas gas company in the 50's and 60's and they built their own swivel frame Dodges. It was basically a big bearing built from pipe, one piece sleeved over the other and machined to fit, a couple grease fittings added, then capped to prevent it from coming apart. This assembly was welded to two cross members, then that assembly was welded into place and the frame cut. They also put in flexible hose for the brake lines (maybe gas line too, I don't remember and everyone that knew has passed on). I saw several of these when I was a kid and even rode once or twice. Dad did not like the Dodges for road use but swore by them for rough terrain. The end result looked alot like the picture posted here on the Forum. I don't think it would be too tough to design something robust enough to take the punishment.
