305-85R-16 Coyote tires on '70 W200?

This is a carryover request for information from the last Forum #43. Has anyone run 305-85R-16 Coyote radials (should be comparable in size to 900-16) or similar sized tires on a 61-71 W200 front axle? Any problems with the tires hitting the front wheel well sheetmetal, or was clearance OK? I am looking to learn from your experiences, the good, the bad, the ugly. Thanks!
