It is very easy to make a socket for this. Get 2 strips of 12 ga or 14 ga sheet metal about 1 1/2" wide. Bend them in a vise with a hammer, measure the flats on the nut to space the bends. Weld the 2 pcs together. I welded the pieces to a large flat washer and welded a nut to the flat washer so I could use a 1 1/2" socket on the nut. Or drill 2 holes thru the sheet metal so you can put a bar thru the holes to turn the nut.
