You know there's a Pneumococcal vaccination shot you can get to prevent pneumonia? You can only have it twice and they suggest a few years in between shots. I've had pneumonia a few times in my life and don't want it again, so I had the first shot about 8 years ago, then the second one about 2 years ago. I also keep up with the 'flu shots each year and have been good in the chest for a long time now. Read the Pneumococcal vaccination part at the link - it may not be available where you are, but worth checking up on.
