Carryall Body Blocks - Thickness?

How thick were the body blocks between the frame mounts and the tub on a WC53? I am trying to layout the fuel tank (custom) and want to make sure I don't build it to where I have no room between the rear floor, etc. I have the body off of the frame at the moment and it just had blocks of plastic / random 2 x4 pieces for body mounts before I pulled it apart.
