Not a thing is getting done. The problem is that if it is warm enough to work, it is too windy to work with steel. We targeted Thanksgiving as the completion date. Thanksgiving came and went so we targeted Christmas. The weather didn't cooperate with that schedule. As you know, around here the winds do not usually subside until sometime around the middle of June, so, the new target is July 4th!
