M Series pinion seal adapter

Hopefully Charles will see this, does anyone know what the pinion seal adapter he makes goes for? I went to a local bearing house and gave them the National 6127 and they couldn't come up with a replacement. And I don't really wanna go back to the felt one VPW has. Haven't had much luck with the four Ive put in. All seem to leak even with the yoke sleeved
