I saw it happen. went to Big mountain MT in about 93 and they had M37s as resort trucks running around doing resort tasks nad taxiing employees all over. it was 39 below with 79 below windchill. I saw about 5 brand new chevy 1 ton duallies sittign in a row with 30 feet of snow on top nad on about the 4th day of walking by I asked the guy in one of the M37s why they werent driving the brand new rigs. he just said "they wont start" and hopped back in the M37 and took off. ;/)
