Dan, Its a Sears. I picked it up at a yard sale, looked like it was never used. Runs on (2) AA Bats. Comes with a tripod mount, leveling base, red goggles to better see the laser. It works fine for the few jobs I used it for. Even new from Sears, they are quite reasonable in cost. If you want a part number, I can go to the shop and get it.
