Call Acme and ask them. Last time I stopped by they had a mix of USA and China parts.

Their story was all parts will meet their load rating specifications. China parts with lesser metallurgy had physically larger parts to meet their load. For same load rating USA made parts had physically smaller size. I would expect the china parts to have advanced in quality and price.
