I guess the key factors are:
1. Do you want a complete, unmolested dream find truck that has beautiful patina and doesn't need a thing done to it, just drive it.
2. Are you planning on a restoration?
3. Do you want to gamble on a "restoration" done by someone else?
4. How many oil wells have you inherited this year?
