they do. all mopar flatheads since 1933 or so have hardened seats. and the HD versions in some trucks had sodium filled valves as well. I have never rebult a mopar flathead that even needed the seats replaced. but they can be replaced with stock or even harder material if so desired. stock seats have never burnt on me. I have a lead foot too and used to do lots of highway driving.
