I have bought and sold several beacons with red and blue lenses on ebay without any trouble.
In the same category you currently have your siren listed. You generally want to include in your text that the lights are obsolete and no longer used by current agencies.
I did a quick search of "Beacon" in the category you're using and found a dozen listings for red and blue emergency lights.
I have found that Ebay is as twitchy as a gun-shy horse. You never know what's going to send then off in a panic.
