Use a volt meter to see if there is any power to the sockets. If yes then bad lights. If no power start with the fuses. I know you said that they are good but check again and make sure that you are checking the correct fuses. If it is like my truck there is a boat load of them and it's not always clear what they are for and often seems to be duplication. If you are sure the fuses are good start at the lights and trace the wires bock to the fuse box checking for any disconnected or loose connectors or broken wires.
