I received an email from Paypal stating that the funds are in my account including shipping fees and they will be released once I send confirmation of a Money Gram payment to the transporter. I have to pay the transporter thru Money Gram out of pocket. All the instructions have come directly from Paypal including the confirmed transporter. I'll be checking and calling all three to find out if this is legit.
