Didn't say it never happens, but one case is pretty slim in my book.
I don't see the seller has been paid. Only some drivel about a "moneygram" which is how these scams begin.
I could give a detailed warning, but either the buyer is now warned or further effort will be wasting my breath.
Does the seller know which country he is dealing with?
Has he talked to the buyer on the phone?
