Sounds legitimate to me. 95% of folks don't accept Paypal so it could likely be true. Has he paid for the truck? Just have him send the shipping amount but don't ship the truck anywhere until you have it in your account. In fact if withdraw it out of your account before I'd ship anything anywhere.
