The piston would not be difficult to reproduce. the question for me is what material to make the piston from. I like 17-4 stainless steel it is heat treatable and corrosion resistant . 400 series stainless steels are a choice as well. As for sleeveing the cylinders it seems brass is the material of choice..In my searches the exact specification of the brass is not mentioned. May be a grade of naval bronze?
