As far as I know all 1/2 ton WC's were from the 1941 model year with a few going into 1942. Get the number off the frame. Should be visible just ahead of the front wheel.
IF your cab is original the same number (serial number) should be on the ID tag. That should be on the dash, usually on the glove box door. The truck has wing windows which isn't right so it may be a swap of doors, cab or....
Have a rear screen? pics of the dash? I'd highly suggest doing yourself and friend a favor and add more pics. It's hard for potential buyers to get interested with 4 pictures.
get the serial number and you can usually tell which model it is.
