Wiring looks fine. Did you prime with a little gas down the carb? To check for spark, remove the dist. cap and rotate the engine till the point gap is closed. Remove the high tension lead from the cap. Turn the ignition on, hold the lead about a 1/4 inch from a ground and open the points using a screw driver. If no spark, back track to make sure your getting current to each unit.
