Rob; Best of the New Year to You and Your family. Ben reading your old magazines in spare time as therapy from work, lots of articles with good information. Yes that is my cooker, But I put the Yankee flare on my cooking, beside it I have my Apple and Sugar Maple I use to cook with, been changing minds on different flavors of woods to smoke with. Though, I do have about 1.5 chords of the typical Mesquite in the back yard to use as well. I’m missing the good old white stuff down here but I know how it gets old after a few months of it.
