Wow, good question! I only have clear bulbs (1251 and 1683)and have not seen any amber ones. At one point I was working on getting some 24 volt LED equivalents, which can be specified in any color, so I was going to get white, red, and amber, but I was having a hard time communicating with the guy in China and the samples he sent weren't even close to what I wanted. I think I may have to go to China and learn Mandarin if I want to get them made right.

Your best bet is probably to get clear ones and dip them in that transparent colored lacquer that they sell at craft stores for making faux stained glass. Maybe I should get a can and try making up some myself. I know the stuff will take the heat because long ago I used it to make "gells" for some home-made stage lights.
