that they do bolts quite often. as long as there is no paint on them they can kill the rust and plate them at a reasonable cost . You are not paying for a bunch of prep, the bolts go in a basket, some shops charge you by the pound but have a minimum fee. Cad is soft i would go zinc or nickel.
You might have to chase a few threads....
