Yep, they only catch the dumb ones -- the guys smoking it while they're driving, car reeks of it, paraphernalia laying in plain view, AND driving I-90.
You'd think the word would have gotten out that we have one trooper here who's made that his mission. I'm sure the smart ones drive a clean ordinary-looking car or rental car, never use it themselves, have their mom take a package to their "friend", or at least drive a back road (admittedly harder this time of year, but they could still take 200 or 12). It's always good for a laugh, though.
I usually see them pulled over around Smelterville, with a typically "pot-head" looking car. When the Forest Service is there, it's obvious what's going on because they're the ones with the sniffer dog.
