Lube for reassembly of bearings, pistons, pins - anything sp

Is it correct that for the installation of my new rod/main bearings 30W motor oil is correct and sufficient? How about the wrist pins? Do I need a special assembly lube?

Also, from the archives I see that 30W on the cylinder walls and oil rings should be sufficient.
