and this is for tires that are regrouveable,

nothing wrong with a tube in a radial tire
if the tube is the correct size and is made for radial tires and if the tire does not have ridges inside that would wear against the tube. Who gave you the 4 year life on tubes?
The real mistake you might have made was to
put in print that you knew what you did was
not correct. Just hope you do not have an accident.
