All coatings are different. You need to read the data sheet supplied by your paint manufacturer to see whether it's compatible with rust blum...some are but some definitely are not.
It's always best to try to get them coated basically as soon as you finish blasting them & as far as cleaning the surface after blasting...I've never used anything other than compressed air.
