combat rims inner bead locks are always missing and wont work with many newer tires. i have considered using 16 inch PVC pipe then it can be cut to the perfect width for any tire. I have seen PVC used in other bead lock designs. I like the origianl combat rim design for its strength. the bolts dont break like the modern versions.
