You can buy the hose at NAPA, or probably other parts stores. I think it's 1 3/4". I have yet to come up with a fool proof way of connecting the end of the hose to the defrost vent at the windshield on the driver's side. The factory vent has a very short round end and with all the stuff in the way I haven't been able to get a plastic tie on it, let alone a hose clamp. Should have done this before the wiring and reinstall of the speedometer and gauges. As for the fitting at the heater, you might find something at a wrecking yard, or maybe can get a sheet metal shop to make something for you. JH
