Most states have limits on how many tires you can have on your place without having to be a licensed junk yard, recycler, etc. Idaho lets you have 200, unless you're a farmer using them to hold down silage, then you can have as many as are "reasonably required". So if you have more than 200, put them on some silage. You're also not allowed to bury your old tires, unless you used them for mining and they're more than 54" in diameter. Then you can bury them. Go figure.

Anyway, I'd be careful about divulging here how many tires I might have stashed around one place or another. I bet Washington and California, which are always competing to see who can be greener, have a lot more severe restrictions on how many tires you can have.
