i tried to get a title from mass on a 1960 i bought from vally tree service. i had every peice of paper i needed. thay said i needed this and that. no title till you get this.i went home and wrote what they wanted on a peice of paper my self and sighned it john walton went in and saw a different lady and got my title in 6 weeks.( true story). new hapshire where i live now you dont need to much to put them on the road. if the bill of sale matches your tag your good.mass is horrible
