not offensive at all. I dont mind a little bit of arguing. its how we get to reality sometimes. my point is jsut that years of shopping for trucks I never see gear drive tcase trucks for sale with broken tcases. I see chain drive trucks for sale with bad tcases. but I am never looking at turbo diesel trucks either. I can only assume you are right about the newer chain drives having inmproved. even the original 203 didnt seem to break likethe later aluminum caswed ones but the 203 would get sloppy. I will always prefer a gear design for reliability and no sloppy chain noises. I disagree that a 205 is an imrovment over the 200 and 201. basically the same case. jsut dual outputs. the mud bogger guys still use 200s for the dual output. I know they break them but that is with massive HP and massive tires. in that world the 200 is a respected piece.
