Rust is the number one consideration, especially in the roof seam over the windshield. It's very difficult to repair rust in that seam.
Despite the name "Power Wagon", these trucks are old and not that tough. Snow plow duty can really beat up an old truck. I would shy away from any old snow plow truck.
You probably won't do it, but you would be well advised to take someone with you who knows the weak spots of flat fender Power Wagons, especially the rust prone areas.
Cheap Power Wagons are not cheap in the end. You are better off spending the money necessary to get the truck you really want.
