Always make sure you are moving forward before you make a turn. This is important at stop signs. Move then crank the wheel. If you turn first your towed vehicle will keep going straight and life will get very interesting very quickly.

Pulling dead weight upwards of 2x your tow vehicle can get really interesting really quickly. Much higher than 15mph or any downhill and you will quickly find out you are not in control.

I'm not saying don't do it. Just make sure you use your head to plan it out ahead of time and stay focused the whole trip. Always calculate where you are pointed and what's in your way. Always figure what your best option will be for making your tow vehicle the filling in a crash sandwich.

I did my 20 mile run at 01:00 with my girlfriend following behind (another car). I don't think I went faster than 25. I'd do it again with a much heavier tow vehicle. An F150 wasn't the best choice to tow with.

Maybe rent a steam cleaner and make a mess at home?
