I assume you are more concerned with moron drivers than with the inconvenience of parking in smaller places. Here in Idaho, the original brakes, if working correctly, are fine. But as more transplants filter in, that might mot be the case. :) As for me, parking the PW in some lots (newly developed) presents the big challenge for steering. Plus the fact that both of my shoulders, after 50 years of lifting too many walls and too many too heavy beams, are both shot. If I do either, it will be power steering.
