When transfer case insulators fatigue, it allows the parking brake rod to lay on the TC. This allows vibration to transfer to the TC lever mount giving the indication that the lever bushings/shaft are worn producing vibration. See if you have this condition. My bushings/shaft are worn, and the levers don't vibrate.
