I've had people flake out on hauls and it's very annoying. I've tried to take deposits but people are unwilling to do that. So, I take my chances and my policy has been COD.
John is a stand up guy and has been collecting for years. I don't think he is the kind of person to screw someone. I've hauled for him and he has always done right to me.
