I would heating the broken bolt, but not hot enough to change color. Then apply a candle to the bolt and let the wax flow. If the wax does not run like water, the bolt is not hot enough. If it catches on fire the bolt is way to hot. A few applications of heat and wax may be needed. If you cant get a good grip on the broken bolt, welding a nut on her might be needed. Then heat and use wax as mentioned.
