Find Budd rims with rusted lock lip or one that is dented or out of round from hammering on it. This is about 2 out of every 3 rims I have found. Drill rivets out, press Budd Center out od rim. Ship to Stockton wheel wait 3-18 months while they weld in 16 X 8 tubeless ring with backspace to clear drum or disk brake conversion. Powder coat and use balance bags inside of tire.
