2.062 ground .010 under, minus .002 for wear, and you have 2.050.

Some regrinders go ahead and shoot for .003 oil clearance, to be sure it's not too tight. They would rather sacrifice your longevity for being sure it doesn't seize during break-in in their warantee period. .

It sounds like you could get away with a batch of .010 undersize bearings. Except for your bent cap, darn it. Though they did/do (?) make .011 for this situation for slightly worn cranks.

Clearance vs tolerance- two different things. Clearance is required for oil to get in there. Tolerance is the variation allowed. Oil clearance of .001 to .003 is also .002 with a tolerance of +/- .001.
