Estimate on rebuilding 251 motor

Looking at rebuilding my 251 motor that is in my 65 WM300. As of right now it is stuck and is sitting with acetone and atf soaking on top of the cylinders. If i was to rebuild it what do you think that would cost. I would have my old mopar mechanic do the work. Just kind of curious what an overhaul would cost. Any input would be apprecaited
