I mean the sheet metal. all you need to do is get the shorter grill and trim the sheet metal back. look at pics of winch model trucks. a short grill shoudl be very inexpensive seeing that many Wcs and all PWs have the short one. or you could shorten your long one. cut rods and both ends, shorten to keep center support bar in the middle, shorten frame, weld back together.?? then it will look right. Always bothers me when I see the non winch grill behind a winch.
