it runs poorly at speed, like it wants to go faster, but is being held back. i have used a known good carb and a professionally rebuilt carb - same issue. have tried 2 difft distributors and will soon eliminate the MSD blaster coil with resistor, with a non resistor coil. i believe the acc pump runs on vacuum but i have tried 2 carbs. going to check for a vac leak, but i suspect its something else. best guess is coil related or a collapsing fuel hose or fuel pump that acts up at high revs.
